What do I do when I’m stuck?

Writing consistently for long periods of time is hard. But worth it. Believe it or not it does get easier… at least in hindsight. But what happens when I get stuck?

During those “blank” times, I like to turn to a writing exercise or journal about something unrelated for a few minutes to help clear my block.

In some instances, clearing a block can be as easy as going to the kitchen to get a glass of refreshing ice cold water. The brain loves water!
