Food for Thought
A writer can not live on chocolate and coffee alone, although it might seem like a good idea at the time. Make a list of your favorite finger food vegetables and fruits and go pick them up before BIW starts.
Wash and cut whatever needs to be washed and cut and put it in an airtight container in the fridge for some healthy snacking that is easier on your waist and feeds your mind more than caffeine. Throw in some garlic hummus dip to spice up those veggies.
This preparation is important to following through. If it’s already there and ready to eat you are more likely to eat it. And it also leaves more time for writing.
