Cool and Breezy

I so need cool and breezy today. I feel a little more comfortable just looking at this summery dress from Jessica London. It is listed as a cover-up but I think it is a perfectly acceptable sun dress for an afternoon brunch with friends or family.

It is made with soft loop terry which isn’t necessarily cool but it is comfy. I love the smocking at the breast, the puff shoulder (if it was completely smocked across the top it would be a disaster, remember those smocked dresses you wore as a kid), and the large ruffle (for lack of a better term) at the bottom.
