Think for a few minutes how you are accommodating to other peoples needs and desires? Journal for fifteen minutes about at least three ways. If you are not particularly accommodating then journal three reasons why.
Get your journal out and explain the answer to this question: Are your beliefs based more in philosophical or scientific realm?
Take out a fresh worksheet and finish these five statements about your parents. How do you react to stillness? Can you be alone with yourself and still be comfortable in your own skin? Journal about your reaction to being alone with yourself.
