What was the most important thing that happened yesterday? Write about it in detail without meandering on to another topic.
How did you wear your hair as a child? Was it long and braided or short and tapered? Journal about the many, or the few, hairstyles you had as a child and what you liked and hated about them. Don’t forget to include the affect your parents and friends had on your hair.
Today, write a letter to yourself at fourteen with at least ten things you know now that you wish you knew then. Tomorrow, write a letter to your future self at eighty with at least ten dreams or hopes for the future.
