On a fresh page make a list of 25 regrets. Don’t read any further until you make your list. Next to each one give it a 1 out 5 rating. 5 being the strongest emotional response to regret or something that you think of often. Don’t read any further until you do this. I said don’t read any further! When you are done rating cross out anything that is below a 4. Cross it out and be done with it. It is no longer worth your energy or time. Pick one of the remaining items with a 4 or 5 rating and journal about it for fifteen minutes. Save the list for future journaling prompts.
