Cat Grooming

There are a lot of cat owners out there. News flash, they love their cats. For some people they are a replacement for children and in essence have become the children of the family (I can relate to this, having two cats and a dog myself). For others they have blended in with the children to become part of the family for all. Unfortunately cats don’t get as much help with their grooming as they should. Partly because they are not incredibly cooperative and partly because they seem so self sufficient. Tabby cat looking into lens.

As domesticated cats both long and short haired breeds require some human intervention to reduce the number of mats and fur balls in a feline’s life. Make a lens for the cat lovers out there who need some grooming tips. Give them at least five techniques to help them brush their cats. Two off the top of my head are treats and affection (some cats will do anything for a ear/chin scratch) but elaborate on these and add three more; each in a separate text module with a lovely cat picture.

Other things to include in your cat grooming lens:

  • An Amazon spotlight module for your favorite grooming brush (don’t forget to include a line or two on why it is your favorite and give it a fresh title)
  • An Amazon spotlight module for your favorite cat treat (don’t forget to include a line or two on why it is your favorite and give it a fresh title).
  • Add a poll asking how many cats the reader has: 1, 2, 3, 4, or more.
  • Use your Guestbook to ask the readers how often they groom their cats and what tips they have.
  • Finish up with a Twitter module to your own twitter feed or to a twitter search on cats or cat grooming.
