If you are needing a new winter coat then do not delay much longer. As soon as January hit companies began rolling out spring merchandise. If you have been eying something in one of your favorite shops and they still have your size, scoop it up. It is definitely a good time to scoop up a new winter coat as there will be great bargains to make room for spring merchandise and that gifted money will be burning a hole in your wallet.
