I was sent the Baby Quasar to review but after reading the literature that came with it I’ve decided it would better used for the August Giveaway. One of the precautions for not using the Baby Quasar is medication that causes photosensitivity. And since the Pharmacist has seen fit to apply a big warning sticker…
